Setting a Course to the Future
Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is run by three visionary executives – the Management Board – who adhere to the proven Guiding Principles while steering the company forward.
The Freudenberg Group's Guiding Principles describe the criteria that govern the management of the company:

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is managed by a Management Board consisting of three executives:
Claus Möhlenkamp is the Chief Executive Officer of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. In his capacity as CEO, he is responsible for the areas of Sales and Marketing, Strategy Development, Human Resources and Communications.
Ludger Neuwinger-Heimes is a member of the Board of Management of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), he is responsible for the areas Finance, IT and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Dr. Matthias Sckuhr is a member of the Board of Management of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he is responsible for the areas Operations, Lean, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing,, Quality Management and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), as well as for Innovation Management, Process Technology, Product and Material Development.
